NGA Exclusive! Whether raised in a classroom or outdoors, butterflies prefer vertical space. To create a roomier butterfly habitat, we turned our basic ButterflyLab™ into a 70"-tall tower. Kids can grow taller plants such as milkweed in the unit, and add attractive dead wood and nectar-producing flowers to create a habitat in which butterflies will thrive. Once they've hatched, there's plenty of room for butterfly aerial acrobatics.
This lab-quality tower is made from the same durable, lightweight steel frames used on our GrowLab® Indoor Light Gardens. A screened, zippered tent keeps butterflies inside. Includes 2 plant trays, a Monarch Butterfly Activities Book, and complete instructions. Fully washable, assembles in minutes. 70"x23"x26"h.
