Our Rainforest Seed Collection includes 5 packets of seeds for plants native to the rainforest: sweet wild banana (an ancestor of the current banana), tree tomato, calico vine, Cuban royal palm, Brazilian monkey pod tree, plus germination instructions (some varieties require long germination times—a great opportunity for germination experiments!). Rainforests Forever, a supplementary curriculum for grades 3-6, is packed with activities that teach students about the connections between products they consume and rainforest loss, and offers simple actions they can take to save the rainforest.
