TICKLE this sensitive plant and it really moves! Kids interact with plants in a whole new way when they lightly stroke the Tickle Me Plant (Mimosa pudica) leaves, causing them to move and contract. Even the branches move when tickled, and the plant appears to sleep at night by folding up its leaves. Seeds sprout within a few days and become "ticklish" within a month. Plants are easy to transplant as they grow. Mimosa is a fun plant "pet" that engages children with growing projects.
Our Growing Kit includes six peat pellets, tray, Jiffy mini-greenhouse, and one packet of Tickle Me Plant seeds.
